Including exercise in your schedule for at least 3 days a week for 3-60 minutes is a great way to get the body lean and toned. Some good choices in exercise include running, biking, walking, swimming, and more. You can even learn a new sport such as tennis, or racket which can shed the pounds and also be loads of fun.
